Rentals
All rentals require a refundable deposit in order rent equipment. Customers are 100% liable for equipment while out shooting deposits will be non-refundable in the case equipment is lost, stolen, or broken. Please contact customer service via email any rental issues.
Shipping & Handling
For shipping, please there is currently a 1-2 week turnaround for your order to process and ship. You will be sent an email once your transation has been complete and shipped. Check your spam email if you do not receive in 2 minutes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. In the case that a defective item or rental equipment was sent or issued, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer!
If a package returns to us due to incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the re-shipping fee. Please double check your address before submitting online orders. Thank You!
